• Large breed puppies, reaching 51 - 90 lbs. at maturity, should transition to IAMS PROACTIVE HEALTH Large Breed Adult recipe at 18 months of age. Giant breed puppies, over 90 lbs. at maturity, should transition to IAMS PROACTIVE HEALTH Large Breed Adult recipe at 24 months of age.
