      Ingredients

      Pork Stomachs, Beef Tripe, Beef, Beef Heart, Water, Wheat Flour, Pork, Salt, Vinegar, Spices (salt, Natural Spice Extracts, And Less Than 2% Tri-calcium Phosphate To Prevent Caking), Sodium Nitrite.

      Directions

      Serving suggestions: Heat sausage; add slightly beaten eggs to heating sausage, stirring occasionally until eggs are set. Season as desired. Heat sausage: serve with grits, fried mush or toast.s Mix sausage with one beaten egg, form into patties and fry, to serve as illustrated.
