When it came to Bar-B-Q, Stubb would say, "It all starts with a good rub." Stubb's Bar-B-Q Rub is the original rub, crafted by Stubb himself. This blend of sea salt, paprika, garlic and hickory smoke flavor is just right for brisket, pork or chicken. C.B. Stubblefield, known as “Stubb”, opened his first bar-b-q joint in 1968 in Lubbock, Texas. Stubb would say that he was just a cook who loved barbecue so he created this Bar-B-Q Rub with quality ingredients to complement all kinds of meats. It’s the perfect mix of real sea salt, spices like paprika and garlic, and hickory smoke flavor to add that legendary Texas flavor. Generously coat everything from brisket and steak, to pork and chicken, or even vegetables with the BBQ Rub before cooking.
