Made with no artificial colors, flavors ore preservatives, this mix is sure to become a family favorite. These steamable frozen vegetables contain 45 calories per serving. Serve them as a tasty side dish, or add them to your favorite recipes. To prepare this 10 ounce frozen vegetable mix, toss it in a skillet, or place the whole bag in the microwave for easy food prep on busy nights. Keep this mix frozen until you’re ready to prepare.       Broccoli, Carrots, Scallions, 2% Or Less Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Spice.

      Cook thoroughly. See cooking instructions. For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Skillet Cooking Instructions (Preferred Method): (1) Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. (2) Open and empty frozen contents of bag to skillet. (3) Cook uncovered 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Microwave Cooking Instructions: (1) Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwave with a metal rack, remove rack. (2) Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. (3) Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving (stand time is important for food safety.) Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the light blue tabs and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Quick Chicken Teriyaki & Vegetables: (1) Cook shreds in skillet. (2) Toss with 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken and 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce. (3) Sprinkle with peanuts to finish. Microwave Cook Time: Wattage: 1200; Minutes: 4; Wattage: 1000; Minutes: 4-1/2; Wattage: 800; Minutes: 5. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts, please use stovetop cooking instructions. Lay flat when microwaving. Caution! Product will be hot!
