Sometimes the simplest foods are the most enjoyable. It doesn’t get much less complex than Fiorucci Prosciutto di Parma. Made from specially selected heritage pork that is raised in the Parma region of Italy; we take select cuts and the pure sea salt and allow it cure for a minimum of 400 days. We then hand-select and hand-trim each piece to ensure it is top quality. This process gives the prosciutto its uniquely salty, nutty, and sweet taste that is exclusive to this region of Italy. Our prosciutto is a palate pleaser on its own, but probably most famously enjoyed with fresh cantaloupe. Add it to a Naples-style pizza with figs and arugula or make it the savory component to a hot Brie and pear panini. Wrap slices around breadsticks or asparagus for easy and delicious appetizers. Use it in place of traditional ham or pork or other sliced meats in your creations to add a grown-up depth of flavor. Just because you might not be able to make it to Italy right now, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat like an Italian.
