      Food Lion Cooking Spray, Original, Aerosol Use for fat free cooking. Made with canola oil. Original cooking spray is the ideal way to panty, bake, roast or microwave without the need for additional shortening, butter or margarine. Use on pans, griddles, baking dishes and utensils for nonstick serving and easy cleanup. Original cooking spray is ideal for preparing eggs, pancakes, waffles, meat, fish, casseroles, muffins, cakes, cookies, stir-fry vegetables, pasta and much more. Per 1/4 Sec Spray Serving: 0 calories; 0 g sat fat (0% DV); 0 mg sodium (0% DV); 0 g total sugars.

      Canola Oil, Soy Lecithin, Dimethyl Silicone (for Anti-Foaming).

      Directions

      Directions: For best results heat pan before adding food. Avoid excessive heat and do not refrigerate can. Can sprays best at room temperature (68 degrees F-75 degrees F). Shake can and align arrow on button with dot on rim. Hold can about 6 inch from unheated surface to be sprayed, and away from heat source, sparks or flame. Spray a light coating over entire area to be used. Do not overspray.

      Storage: Store at room temperature (68 degrees - 75 degrees F). Do not store near heat or open flame. Do not store at temperatures above 120 degrees F. Do not refrigerate. Store away from reach of children.
