      Directions for Soaking: Add two cups of Lavender Epsom Salt under warm running water to release the gentle and relaxing aroma of lavender. With added lavender essential oil, our Lavender Epsom Salt helps soothe muscle aches and sprains. Lavender Epsom Salt helps you relax with its unique, refreshing scent. Soak for at least 15 minutes. Food Soak Directions: For use to soothe and pamper: Dissolve this product in a small basin of water. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes while enjoying the refreshing scent of lavender. Use For: Soaking aid for minor sprains and bruises for external use as a soaking aid for a soothing, relaxing bath. Soothing for minor sprains & bruises. Comforts and relaxes overworked muscles allowing for a maximum performance.
