Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Directions from Thawed State: Skillet: Coat skillet lightly with cooking spray. Heat pan on medium to high heat. Add chicken to pan and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat, cover, and cook an additional 10-12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast, turning 3-4 times. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place breasts on baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast. Grill: Preheat grill. Grill breasts, cooking 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal product temperature reaches 170 degrees F at center of breast. Cooking times and temperatures can vary. Taking an internal temperature is the best way to ensure a superior product and a safe product.
