      Cooking instructions: Servings: 1. 1 cup Water (For thicker grits use less water; for thinner grits use more water). 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) grits. dash Salt (Grits for low sodium diets, omit salt). (optional). Servings: 2. 2 cup Water (For thicker grits use less water; for thinner grits use more water). 1/2 cup grits. 1/8 tsp salt (Grits for low sodium diets, omit salt). (optional). Servings: 4. 4 cup Water (For thicker grits use less water; for thinner grits use more water). 1 cup grits. 1/4 tsp salt (Grits for low sodium diets, omit salt). (optional). Servings: 6. 7.5 cup Water (For thicker grits use less water; for thinner grits use more water). 1-1/2 cup grits. 1/2 tsp salt (Grits for low sodium diets, omit salt). (optional). Stovetop: Boil water and salt in saucepan. Stir in quick grits gradually. Reduce heat to medium and uncover pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove saucepan from heat. Microwave: For 1 serving, Combine 1 cup water, dash salt (optional) (For thicker grits use less water; for thinner grits use more water) and 1/4 cup quick grits in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Keep watch to prevent boil over. STIR contents, microwave on HIGH for another 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Caution: Bowl and contents may be hot. Microwaves vary in power.

      Store in a cool and dry area.
