      Food Lion Crisp Mix, Pouch Quick, easy & delicious; just add fruit & water!. Per 1/4 Cup Dry Mix: 150 calories; 2.5 g saturated fat (12% DV); 180 mg sodium (8% DV); 13 g sugars.

      Ingredients

      Enriched Bleached Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Brown Sugar, Animal Shortening And Vegetable Oil (contains One Or More Of The Following: Tallow, Soybean Oil) With Preservative (bht, Citric Acid), Contains 2% Or Less Of: Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Salt, Spice

      Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In small bowl, stir together crisp mix and 1 tablespoon water until crumbly. Prepare fruit as directed below. Sprinkle crisp mixture over fruit in an 8-inch baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm. Fruit Variation: 1 can (21 oz) pie filling (cherry, strawberry, apple, or peach), Preparation Directions: Spread evenly in baking dish; Fruit Variation: 3 cups fresh fruit (apples, peaches, cherries, or strawberries), Preparation Directions: Place fruit in baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup sugar depending on desired sweetness; Fruit Variation: 3 cups frozen fruit (peaches, cherries, apples, or strawberries), Preparation Directions: Thaw and drain fruit. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup sugar depending on desired sweetness. Fruit Variation: 2 (15 oz) cans fruit packed in water (cherries). Preparation Directions: Drain. Place fruit in baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon 1/4 cup sugar depending on desired sweetness. Fruit Variation: 2 (15 oz) or 1 (29 oz) can fruit packed in heavy syrup (peaches). Preparation Directions: Drain. Place fruit in baking dish.

      Store in a cool, dry place.
