      Directions

      Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry Instructions: in a medium-large nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cakes to the pan. Cook until golden brown on the underside, about 4 minutes. Flip the cakes, reduce the heat to medium low, and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Convection Oven Cooking Instructions: preheat oven to 35 degree F. Place crab cakes in center of baking dish and insert into oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Optional baste with melted butter and bake an additional 2-3 minutes for golden brown crust. Cakes must reach an internal temperature 165 degree foods.
