      Thawing Instructions: Refrigerator: Remove fillet from vacuum pouch. Plae fillet, or desired portionns, in the refrigerate for 24 hours prior to cooking. Once thawed, pour off any excess water. Quick Thaw: For quick thaw, Remove fillet from vacuum pouch. Rinse under cold running water until completely thawed. Cooking Directions (Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate): Bake: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake fillet to 8 - 10 minutes, turning once. Fillet should flake with fork, when done. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place fillet in a seafood basket and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Fillet should flake with a fork when done. Microwave: Place fillet in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Fillet should flake with a fork when done. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or until the fillet is opaque and flakes easily.

      Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
