      Organic Elbows (organic Durum Wheat Semolina), Aged Cheddar Cheese Seasoning (organic Maltodextrin, Organic Cheddar Cheese* [pasteurized Organic Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes], Salt, Organic Cream Powder [organic Cream, Organic Non-fat Dry Milk, Vitamin E To Protect Flavor], Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Non-fat Dry Milk, Natural Flavors, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Organic Sunflower Oil, Lactic Acid Powder, Sodium Phosphate, Organic Annatto Extract For Color, Silicon Dioxide [to Reduce Caking], Citric Acid).

      Directions

      Cooking Directions: (1) Boil 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. (2) Stir in pasta, bring to a boil again. (3) Cook at medium boil for 8-10 minutes or until done. Drain in a colander and return to saucepan. (4) While pasta is draining, add 1/4 cup low fat milk to warm saucepan, sprinkle cheese over milk and stir well. (5) Add cooked pasta to saucepan and stir well. Refrigerate any leftovers. For richer flavor, add 2 tablespoons of butter.
