      Ingredients

      Wild-Caught Mahi-Mahi, Canola Oil, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dehydrated Red Pepper, Modified Food Starch (Derived from Corn), Natural Flavor (Contains Natural Smoke Flavor), Parsley, Xanthan Gum, Natural Smoke Flavor, Spice Extract, and Natural Hardwood Smoke.

      Directions

      Bake: Bake: At 350 degrees F. Place cedar plank portions directly an middle oven rack (with sheet pan below to catch excess marinade). Cook for 20-22 minutes. Grill: Grill: Pre-heat to medium-high (about 375 degrees F). Place cedar plank portions directly on grill rack. Close cover and cook for 12-15 minutes: keep a spray bottle or water handy in case of flare-ups. Mahi-mahi is cooked when firm and flaky. Plank will be hot when you remote from a oven or grill: Use tongs to remove. Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a thermometer. Remove planks and fillets from tray before cooking. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, small bones may be present.

      Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve simply with fresh veggies or on a bed of lightly dressed greens. Fish Sandwich: Serve on a toasted brioche bun with field greens, onion, tomato and tartar sauce. Fish Tacos: Flake prepared mahi into small pieces and serve in warm tortillas topped with shredded cabbage, and your favorite crema. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
